Before beginning my career in real estate, I spent more than 20 years as a nurse. One of my most rewarding roles was as an admissions nurse in a cardiac critical care unit, caring for patients experiencing heart attacks and supporting their families through some of life's most difficult moments. That experience shaped my approach to helping others, with compassion, careful listening, and close attention to each person's needs.
